EMC400: 4-Slot DIN-Rail Media Converter or Ethernet Extender Chassis
Overview
EtherWAN Systems Inc. has released EMC400, a smaller chassis designed for network distribution applications, where up to 4 units of media converters or Ethernet extenders are required inside a cabinet with limited space.
Key features of the EMC400 include:
DIN-Rail mounting provides quick and easy installation in the cabinet.
Max. 4 slots for Media Converter or Ethernet Extender installation with hot-swap support.
Redundant power inputs accept different power source for system backup; E.g. one for AC/DC power supply and the other for battery bank.
Provides over-current protection.
LED indications for power input connectivity.
0°C to 45°C operating temperature range.
Complete certifications of CE/FCC/VCCI/RoHS.
EtherWAN also offers 12-bay and 16-bay rackmount chassis for different connectivity solutions.
Hardened Ethernet equipment with superior reliability, long MBTF, redundant power support, wide operating temperature range, EDI, EMI, RFI and surge protection.
Full Product Testing
Our hardened products are required to pass stringent real-time data transfer testing at the temperature from -40° to +85°C for up to 72 hours without compromise.
